Musée acadien - Université de Moncton

Founded in 1886 and open year round the Museum now owns a collection of over 35,000 objects related to the Acadians of the Maritime Provinces. The permanent exhibition gives a historical overview of the Acadians as well as the culture.

Festival international du cinéma francophone en Acadie

The presentation of the international filmmaking of the Francophonie will be nothing short of spectacular with guests from France, Belgium, Africa and Canada. Training seminars, special presentations for schools and public information forum. Also, "Exposition en arts médiatiques" is the only one in the Maritimes.

Annual Moncton YWCA Quilt Sale and Exhibition

The Annual Moncton YWCA Quilt Fair is recognized as the largest Quilt show in the East. The 3 day event attracts 5,000 visitors from all over North America. A cultural event with a country-store atmosphere, unique needlework items for sale, quilting demonstrations and an exhibition of special appliqué quilts.
