evolved since its inception
in 1995 - its popularity
attracts competitors
and spectators from
all over the province.
One winning pumpkin
tipped the scales at
719 lbs. In another
category, a new provincial
record was established
with a squash weighing
in at 854 lbs. The atmosphere
is supplemented with
musical entertainment.
